The IPad has the ability to change the way we work, play and communicate. The new IPad is a very portable and convenient tool that many photographers may want to use in their personal work-flow. I have spent some time looking for apps that the HDR photographer may want to use, or will help make HDR photography easier. Two apps seem to stand apart form the rest.
1. The DSLR Camera Remote by OnOne Software
This app will allow you to control your Nikon or Canon camera remotely using your IPad or IPhone. This is great for HDR because it will help prevent camera movement and shake which can create blurry HDR photos. Even if your not using it for HDR, this app could be very handy, and very cool.
PhotoBuddy provides an amazing wealth of knowledge for any photographer. PhotoBuddy will help you calculate your most needed settings like exposure, aperture and your ISO settings. PhotoBuddy also has a HDR bracketing calculator for all the HDR photographers out there. I also thought the bulb timer would be a helpful tool for HDR at night. This is another great app worth checking out.
